Meisner Trained with a BFA from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, Sue also attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London where she ate, slept, lived and breathed Shakespeare. In recent years, she’s studied with the incomparable Ellen Geer.
Armed with a strong background in Classical Theater and an undying love for all things Shakespeare, Sue has performed in such cities as London and Edinburgh and worked steadily in the New York Theater Scene at such venues as Surf Reality and the John Houseman Theater.
She also frequently toured with award winning Educational Theater Companies: the George Street Playhouse and the Shoestring Players.
As a member of the Shoestring Players, she was honored to be part of the only Children's Theater Company to be invited to the National Black Arts Festival in Atlanta, GA.
Sue first fell in love with Television Acting when she landed a role on Comedy Central's Strangers with Candy. Ironically cast in an episode with fellow Mason Gross Alum Jeremy Greenberg, she had such a profound experience being on set, it completely altered the trajectory of her life.
Sue now lives in Los Angeles. This dynamic and highly versatile actress sports a wide emotional range, the ability to cry at the drop of a hat and exceptional character and improvisational skills gleaned from her training with the masters at the Groundlings, Improv Olympic West and Second City.
Sue loves adding to her "bag of tricks!" Over the past few years, she became a Certified Yoga Teacher, completed Automatic Pistol/Revolver Firearms Training and became a licensed ARRL Ham Radio Operator. In her “spare time” she teaches a revolutionary aquatic yoga program called H2y0ga.
